Junior BA/Business Performance Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide broad support to the Commercial Manager
- Report on, and support analysis of, various repositories, including forecasting, expenses and operating costs, to ensure financial health of Delivery Services
- Provide information management to ensure Delivery services is a well managed business
- Provide Quantitative analysis
- Partake in project team meetings as an active project team member, document and manage team meeting minutes, actions, etc.
- Maintain audit, risk and issues registers, escalating as required to Head of Service Management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Expert knowledge of MS Package
- Advanced excel skills (Macro and Micro level)
- Finance background would be beneficial
- Ability to portray clear messages to Senior Managers without getting caught up in to much detail
- Strong Excel/Word skills/Power-Point and Sharepoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Influencing skills
- Interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills.
