Junior Application Support, Contract, Zürich

Our client is a financial company, based in Zürich. In order to reinforce their team, Swisslinx is seeking a committed, highly motivated and qualified Junior Application Support.

As a Junior Application Support your responsibilities would be the following:

- Recording support tickets via phone or mail
- Ensure problem solving to support customers
- Application support to intern and extern

In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:

- Experience working as an Application Support
- Good understanding of Software products
- Fluent in ENGLISH, GERMAN, FRENCH
