Junior Application Supporter with support experience wanted for the 1st level department within an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Being responsible for incident management of about 45 applications
- Providing day-to-day production support to key applications
- Communicating with internal clients within the business and other IT teams
- Investigating problems involving multiple systems as well as tracking and solving tickets
- Ensuring readiness of application documentation, updating WIKI
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Technical education with advanced training in Information Technology (eg diploma at equivalent level)
- Multiple years of experience and a proven track record in an application support role
- Basic knowledge of Control-M job scheduler or similar job scheduling system
- Extensive analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to operate under pressure
- Languages: good English and German both listening and spoken
START: 01/2016
