Junior and Senior Customer Support Engineers CCNA and/or CCNP - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH only, other languages are a plus
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or similar)
- Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA and/or CCNP equivalent knowledge, CCIE is a plus)
- Passion and demonstrated ability to learn and work in a multicultural team environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team in order to achieve common goals
- Analytical and crisis management skills
Description of work:
- Work for worldwide customers within your own team or with other teams to solve problems and enhance future products with senior engineer supervision
- Solve reported product and network problems of moderate/high complexity
- Technology or product knowledge, experience and/or certifications in one of the following areas are preferred: Contact Center, Telepresence, Service Provider, XR, Data Center Switching, Server Virtualization, Wireless
- Effectively utilize databases of existing issues, debugging tools and moderate/complex lab simulations to analyse problems and identify solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide systems/product training and intellectual property material
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology products in order to provide a high quality support in current and future types of support services
