Our client is a well-known company in Belgium active in the telecommunication sector with several offices across the country. We are currently recruiting a Junior Analyst/Statistician for a project in analysing TV experience of their clients.
Job location: Brussels
Start Date: September 2015
Task Description:
Conform to the our strategy to enhance the customer TV experience, the TV experience analyst will drive the analysis of all available TV data to monitor and pro-actively detect abnormal patterns in the end customers TV experience. She/He'll closely work together with the TV engineers to model the TV experience and drive the monitoring tool creation/enhancements.
His/her main tasks will be:
study the IPTV solution in general to understand the function of the different components.
get acquainted with the currently existing IPTV systems and metrics
Model the TV experience and drive the monitoring/analysis tool implementation/enhancements.
be able to analyze existing problems in depth, in cooperation with other teams
participate to the regular follow-up meetings
Your profile:
Personalityknowledge of French and of Dutch is a plus.
