For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated
JUNIOR ANALYST - LEGALexperience in working with legal judgments and interpretations would be nice to have
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Highly motivated personality with strong communication skills, self-starter
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH; FLUENCY IN GERMAN OR ANY OTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGES ARE AN ADVANTAGE
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discharge the bank's global obligations for reporting of aggregated shareholdings in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements in each relevant jurisdiction and across all Business Divisions
- Place and monitor trading restrictions and provide trade approvals to business when questions of regulatory ownership limits arise
- Maintain good relationships with Regulators, Exchanges, other areas within the bank and colleagues based in other jurisdictions
