Junior Administrator/Receptionist - Reading (6 Month Contract)

ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF JOB:

To provide support to the Administrators ensuring the reception area is fully functioning, and provide a fast and efficient sales support and administration function to the sales teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet and greet all guests and visitors
- Oversee the bookings of the meeting and training rooms
- Prepare refreshments for managers meetings
- Format and template all client correspondence to the highest standard
- Manage all incoming and outgoing post
- Ensure all stationery and consumable levels are maintained
- Prepare corporate information for client meetings
- To administer aptitude and psychometric tests
- General office maintenance duties
- Database-cleansing activities when required
- To undertake all other reasonable requests for administration support from Team Managers/Consultants

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum GCSE level educated
- Ability to use a PC - Microsoft applications (eg Word & Outlook)
- Professional telephone manner
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Can do attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Experience in most of the above key responsibilities is essential
