Jr Product Manager

JR PRODUCT MANAGER - USER EXPERIENCE - W3C - STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - COMMUNICATIONS

Our well known digital broadcast client requires a entry Product Manager to work with the Intranet product managers and functional and training teams to ensure timely delivery of a large new programme pages for testing, cutover and go live. Pages provide guided user journey (including access to how to and support material) and support policy awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that any changes to the programme solution design are factored into the Intranet pages where appropriate
- Identify and address any inconsistencies in the end to end user journeys and provide clarity regarding how users will access applications including impact of different browsers
- Work with the BBC's Accessibility team and SAP to influence their roadmap in order to improve the accessibility of their product

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Proven relevant experience in a corporate environment and proven User Experience knowledge and experience in a production environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build constructive relationships
- Strong planning and organisational skills and works well under pressure meeting deadlines, remaining calm and able to react quickly to circumstances
- Experience managing small to medium sized projects
- extensive experience of working with enterprise systems and content management systems
- Detailed understanding of user-centred design, web standards (W3C), accessibility standards and documenting use cases/user journeys
- Experience communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders
