CareerLink is a product that captures and stores career information for students and employers. Data is pulled from this system, delivered as a .csv file, and then parsed into a SQL database for running reports. Many reports are canned and always needed. These reports need to be checked for complete accuracy, developed in an easy format that the user can run on their own or be delivered automatically at specific internals.
Skills needed include:
Quickly understand and learn the data structure of the system
Have a firm background in database structure, design, and administration
Be well-grounded in dot.NET technologies
Have a good understanding of SQL server
Work at a junior to mid-level developer level
This is a short-term assignment.
