IT PM Coordinator

Purpose and Description:
IT Project Coordinator will assist the Test PM with the delivery of test activities for the Tapestry AP project. Activities include project management of testing activities across multiple regional implementations, timelines and projects plans. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of project plans, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, maintaining the resource allocation database, budgeting and re-forecasting project expenses.

Essential Functions:
- Assists Project Manager with project plan activities
- Prepares presentations for Test Support Services group
- Assessing & planning the testing with the regional and national testing teams, communicating with Business & IT stakeholders on the testing estimates, issues/risks and status
- May participate in meetings at the Program level
- Appropriate test strategies, test plans and test summaries are completed for the approved Change Requests
- Assists leads with acquiring testing resources for projects, including onshore and offshore contractors
- Reviews time and resource estimates for projects and tracks actual hours to budget
- Provide training on HPTS standards for new hires
- Work with Defect Manager to facilitate defect review and resolution
- Maintains budget, project LOE's, re-forecasting, resource database activities, budget variances
- Ensure implementation of the established methodologies, processes, standards and tools within the context of the appropriate project delivery process
- Show testing status and statistics and interpret what the data is showing - raise issues early, define risks, all based on progress
- Create ad-hoc reports, status', dashboards as required

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Experience managing/coordinating large testing projects spanning multiple applications and teams
- Strong financial data analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Health Care Industry
- Experience in database management
- BA/BS degree
- Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills 
- Proven oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines
- Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization
- Ability to build team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines

Standard Work Hours:
- Flexible 
- Standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some adjustment may be needed as scheduling conflicts arise.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BUSINESS HOURS ACROSS TIME ZONES.
