Jr. Financial Analyst

Description:
Provide data entry into OneLink accounting software and some construction financial assistance to the capital projects team.
The primary focus of this position is on financial and project management system data entry into the OneLink Accounting system, some review of invoices and payment applications for completeness and accuracy.

WITH OVERSIGHT, UPDATES ASSIGNED FINANCIAL REPORTING AND TRENDING INFORMATION FOR REVIEW BY MORE SENIOR FINANCIAL/COST ANALYSTS.

WORK WITH TEAM USING QUEUE BASED APPROACH TO MANAGE ONELINK FINANCIAL BUDGET ENTRIES, PROJECT COMMITMENT ADJUSTMENTS AND PTA PROJECT SYSTEM PAF APPROVAL FORMS.

Work with Senior Financial Analyst to troubleshoot issues in various system sources. 

REQUIREMENTS:

1 to 2 years in a financial analysis and/or accounting role.
Experience in architectural, design, contracting project management or construction environment a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related construction management discipline or equivalent related industry experience.
4 year degree preferred, HS/GED required.
Construction finance/accounting background a plus.
Must be good with systems/technology, proficient with Excel.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment.
Intermediate level in computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF POLICIES, PRACTICES AND SYSTEMS.
Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards. Previous work with OneLink Accounting software a definite plus.
Good team player, ability to work under pressure, flexible, and be a self starter.
