We re looking for a courteous, professional, and customer-service oriented candidate for a premium opportunity with the leading computer brand. S/He must be able to follow written instructions efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience installing and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems, experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software, and a basic understanding of local area network connectivity. S/He must be able to work efficiently on assigned tasks.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

- CompTIA A+ certification
- 2+ years of Deskside Support experience
- Desktop and laptop break-fix experience
- 1+ years of networking experience
