JR AGILE PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Center City Philadelphia, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Agile Project Coordinator will take the lead in organizing projects and will be the person management goes to for answers and results
- The candidate will be the 'go to' person for management to find things out at any given moment such things as project status, project budget, project quality, team health, process and methodology success, etc.
- Tracking project status
- Tracking resource allocation and projecting needs
- Drafting stakeholder communications
- Working to help an agile team deliver and be successful
- Waterfall experience preferable as well; will also need ability to work outside of Agile when needed
- Assist team in adopting Agile methodology correctly and effectively
- Track budgets, run rates, risks, resources, etc.
- Ability to produce dashboards as well as experience with modelling and predicting where issues might be on the horizon
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5) plus years of Project Management/Project Coordinator experience
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Attention to detail and very organized
- Excellent writing skills; ability to draft stakeholder communications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create dashboards
- Modeling experience
- Strong multi-tasking and ability to adapt

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Waterfall experience preferred in addition to Agile
- Jira, Rally, MS Project experience is a plus
