PREPARING JOURNAL ENTRIES AND VARIOUS DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS.
REVIEWS GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTS AND PREPARES AND ADJUSTS JOURNAL ENTRIES.
PERFORMS ACCOUNT ANALYSIS AND RECONCILIATION, INCLUDING BANK STATEMENTS AND INTER-COMPANY GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTS.
MAINTAINS THE GENERAL LEDGER CHART OF ACCOUNTS.
ASSISTS WITH INITIAL INTERNAL CONTROL EVALUATIONS.
POSTS MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND YEARLY ACCRUALS.
REQUIREMENTS:
Min. 1 year of experience
-Accounting, Financial Analysis and Reporting experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Proficiency in Access and/or SQL desired.
-Good Attitude/Team Player.
-Fast Learner.
-Flexible/Adaptable.
-B.S. Accounting or Finance or Economics (MUST HAVE).
