Resource 1 is in need of a programmer to work with proprietary job scheduling application (Windows based) to setup and execute various batch jobs. Will be in charge of programming job setup for running the workflow in a production/print environment. Individual will be moving different files around, within a Microsoft Windows environment, in various formats. Individual will need to assist in the resolution of failed jobs and maintain a productive environment. Experience with BASIC programming language is a plus because it's simple structure is very similar to client's proprietary system. The system is built on DOS-based, windows command line. Additional pluses include FTP files, file encryption/decryption, calls to Cobol files and experience in the printing industry. Local candidates are preferred and no third parties please.
