HR BA - Business Analyst

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands

Job Description

- Play a pivotal role in supporting Global Payroll being outsourced to third party payroll providers for these 5 countries (UK, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal)
- Working knowledge of AGILE is a MUST
- Gather and analyze the needs of human resources (HR) end users and serve as a liaison between business managers and IT (Technology)
- Execute the entire development life cycle including scope definition, functional requirements gathering and analysis
- Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to chair meetings and follow up as needed for clear requirement gathering
- More professional level experience developing and managing human resources/payroll systems and projects or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing medium or large-scale complex projects or leading a project team
- Outstanding analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and business and technical communities. Ability to marshal people and resources towards achievement of department goals

Desirable - - SAP HCM knowhow
