Jnr Functional Analyst

We are urgently recruiting for a Junior Functional Analyst to join our large national institution located in Brussels, Belgium. Our client is in the transport industry. This is a four (4) months contract (possible extension). The required languages are: English, French, and Dutch.

Main Responsibilities:
- The functional analyst will be involved in a full project life cycle and will have to:
- Understand and capture the business requirements
- Develop the means to understand the TO-BE processes and the TO-BE solution
- Execute unit testing
- Define test scenario's & prepare integration and acceptance testing
- Support key-users during testing
- Collect & cleanse required master data
- Write training material and standard operational procedures
- Support end-user training
- Provide hypercare support after go-live
- Providing expert support to experienced sales staff in all aspects of B2C service and sales processes.
- Set up and monitor end-to-end controls, across different systems, reporting to management, resolving identified problems, and participate in improvement projects.

Knowledge and Professional skills:
Education - Academic degree

Experience
- Knowledge of business processes and concepts in the area of commercial and sales processes
- Experience with SAP CRM and/or SAP FICA is considered an advantage.
