My client is looking for a Jnr Accountant/financial controller to join their team in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract, the successful candidate will be a qualified accountant and have some experience working in financial control. OVERVIEW

- In this role, you will be the Financial Controller for the 4 Irish legal entities. The Business Leader, Accounting provides financial support for all of the Irish legal entities, including tax and financial statutory reporting, budgeting, management of inter-company agreements, revenue and tax planning

ROLE

- Manage regulatory and Irish legal entities such as: inter-company agreements,  collaborate with tax in relation to NOL's, manage the relationship with IDA in relation to Irish grant applications, complete R&D tax credit claims, manage audit and tax engagements.
- Oversee month end accounting and engage with various departments within MasterCard to ensure any issues are resolved.
- Prepare and present to board of directors for Irish legal entities bi-annually.
- Provide financial support for customers - new contracts, billing and revenue recognition.
- Maintain all legal entity forecasting and manage cash-flow.

- Qualified accountant, Financial Controller experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Comfort with innovation & new areas
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency & accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a condensed time-frame
