Jira Specialist sought for our customer based in Stockholm/Sweden.
The customer are looking for a resource that can help them support and develop their defect management system Jira.
In the team where you will be working we have specialists that are responsible for the whole development process and supporting our IT-department with both tools and processes. In this assignment you would be working closely with our Jira coach that trains and educate users in Jira.
You will be responsible for:
- Technical support.
- Maintaining and Developing Jira and its surrounding integration with other systems (The customers Jira-implementation has interfaces to several other systems handling things like code quality,version controlling, continuous integration and more).
- Enhance the current workflow.
- Work with reporting.
- Investigating further integration.
- Perform troubleshooting.
- Give support to end users.
- Spokesperson towards the vendor.
- Plan and upgrade the system together with our operations department.
The customer will in the coming year add several more users to Jira and QC and increase the integration and this is why they need a new resource as one of their current colleagues will leave them.
The ideal Jira Specialist should have the following skill set:
- Expertise in Jira.
- You have worked with development and/or testing in larger/complex environments.
- You have implemented and supported enterprise companies with defect- and change- request workflows in Jira.
- As a person you tolerate high tempo and rapid changes but still you are service minded.
- You are a team worker, but it is important that you can work independently and set- and follow-up on your own goals.
it is important that you feel reasonably comfortable speaking and writing in English, even though Swedish will be you main language.
