JIRA Administrator/Programmer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary responsibility will be to enhance the current functionality and capabilities of the IT work management tool to include all IT operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced knowledge of the JIRA system ( in-depth knowledge of configuration and administration)
- JIRA development experience (light to medium)
- Working knowledge of plugins and adapters for JIRA
- Ability to analyze business process and workflow requirements and translate into JIRA workflows
