Jira Administrator

JIRA Administrator-Contract-Oregon
Our client is a hugely popular computer manufacturing brand seeking a candidate to be responsible for administration and availability of Jira, GreenHopper, and Enterprise Tester and associated plug-ins.

OVERVIEW

- Respond to issues with Jira, GreenHopper, Enterprise Tester
- Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility
- Administer users
- Create, modify, and archive projects
- Evaluate requests for new tools, workflows, fields, etc.
- Administer the machines on which the instances run and work with the other infrastructure administrators

REQUIREMENTS

- Extensive experience administering Jira (V5+), Greenhopper (v6+), and Enterprise Tester (V4.4+)
- Extensive Linux OS System admin experience
- Understand good test processes

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with Jira in VM environment
- General System administration experience
- Experience with Git, Gerrit and code repository tools
- Test automation experience

Estimated length of assignment: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
Number of positions available: 1
Estimated hours per week: 40 standard hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
