JIRA Administrator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a JIRA ADMINISTRATOR to join our client in Cupertino, CA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Jira Administrator is responsible for administration and maintenance to Jira, Confluence wiki, Crowd and integrations with other tools, plugins.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help Administer Jira, Confluence instances, and formulate technical solutions using Jira and associated Jira plugins
- Create and maintain our JIRA projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, etc.
- Create and maintain user accounts in Crowd
- Assist coordination and perform upgrades of JIRA and Confluence
- Provide training and documentation as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- The ideal candidate will have up to two (2-3) years of experience including:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, CS, MIS, or related field
- Hands on Jira, Confluence experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Excellent problem solving skills, process implementation skills

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Plugin development experience is strongly preferred
- JIRA administration at large scale is strongly preferred
