PROJECT/TEAM/DEPARTMENT
Our client is working on a breakthrough technology for jetting molten metals at high temperatures. The world's first multimetal 3D printing machine was built in cooperation with an external high-tech company for their first client. Jetting processes and printhead development are among their core activities, for which sustained experimental work and implementation of new solutions are necessary to further develop the technology.

GOAL OF THE ROLE
You are with a relatively small team responsible for achieving the agreements made with the external customer. Find creative solutions that work in practice. You are part of a unique technology, the first in the world multi metal 3D printer, and work on the further development of jetting processes.

In this role, it is important that you're up and running in a short time, and you like working in the laboratory, looking for innovations and creative solutions.

MOST IMPORTANT AND CRITICAL TASKS
-problem analysis
-multidisciplinary problem solving (creative solutions) and solution implementation
-molten metal jetting process development and consolidation

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Candidate has a MSc in Physics or Process Engineering
At least 5 years of work experience in Applied Physics, as Process Researcher or Process developer in the high tech industry
Knowledge of and experience with micro fluidics and ability to build knowledge is required
Knowledge of and experience with High temperature materials science or knowledge in the field of metallurgy is highly preferred
