JEE Project Team Lead

For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a

JEE Development Project Team Lead for Corporate and Institutional Clients

Role Description:

. Lead a JEE high performance development team for the "Employee Share Ownership Service" Project
. Responsible for management of the entire delivery cycle of the project (time, cost and quality)
. Work with the development team and the business to elicit, analyze, document, support prioritization of, specify, manage and communicate requirements, describe processes and propose improvements to process, ensuring a common understanding between business and IT
. Work with business users to ensure delivery quality of application
. Contribute to a reduction of implementation risks by creating and communicating high quality requirement/design specifications
. Close collaboration with our offshore development team and business partner

Necessary skills:

. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with proven track record of delivery
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Application Development area (Solid general IT knowledge)
. A university degree in an IT related area is preferred
. Strong collaboration skills to cooperate with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural
environment (incl. offshore partners)
. Highly motivated and results-oriented personality
. Java and SQL knowledge and experience with agile project delivery methods is an advantage
. Fluent English, German beneficial
