MY CLIENT IS HAS OFFICES BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA AND EUROPE.

- To review the recurring issues and resolve the issue at root cause.
- Challenge OU specific set up and make recommendations based on their impact to the system architecture. Document reasons for deviation.
- To be responsible for quality and timely development and adequate engagement with the Operations team during the development life cycle.
- Ensuring that the proposed solution is signed off.
- Prepare functional and technical specification documents.
- Define test plans and criteria, perform evaluation of test results and ensure integration testing based on impact of the change.
- Ensuring the System Integration and User Acceptance Tests are successfully completed.
- Ensure changes are applied as per our Change management process
- Update Training material

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum experience of 10 years in JDE World
- Excellent problem analysis skills
- Strong coordination and consulting skills
- Skilled knowledge of the processes and set up of JDE Financial PGS, AR, AP, GA, TAX, FA
- Ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
- JDE Query report creation skills
