JDE Sales & Distribution Contractor

- Length of contract -   3 months
- Start date -  3rd June
- Latest start -  10th June/17th June after this it is too late as we go right into the summer time so do not want to try and manage someone getting familiar with the system when the team are in and out with holidays.  

ROLE- THE ROLE IS FOR A SENIOR FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT WHO CAN MANAGE APPLICATIONS AND SUPPORT, THEY HAVE 450 USERS. THE ROLE WILL BE WORKING BEHIND THE SERVICE DESK FOR MOST COUNTRIES AND DEALING WITH IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SYSTEM. SOMEONE WHO IS A  SELF STARTER AND CAN LEARN QUICKLY. AS THIS IS AN INTERIM ROLE HE DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE TO SPEND TIME WITH ANY HAND HOLDING WHILE SOMEONE GETS UP TO SPEED.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Functional application support, dedicated to JD Edwards Sales & Procurement
- Support local implementation projects on the use of ADES to meet the best practice business requirements and specific opco requirements, where really needed.
- Accurate planning and solving functional issues
- Including all applications and modules related to Sales & Procurement
- Staff the European service desk by rotating duty.
