JDA Deployment Technical Analyst/Portugal/ASAP Start/6 Months

Next-Ventures are urgently looking for a JDA deployment Technical analyst for a minimum 6 month project based in Portugal to start immediately.

Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining environments of at least one of the following technologies
o JDA Space Planning
o JDA Web Publisher
o JDA IKB
Knowledge of SSO applied to Oracle solutions
Oracle Database Performance and Tuning
Software Configuration Management processes and tools (eg, SVN)
Execute deployments
Execute access management requests
Clone Production environment into other environments
Investigate and diagnose environments Incidents, attempting to resolve them or escalate/refer them to correct support group who can, based on defined metric and agreed service levels
Build JDA environment as per agreed plan
Log and update the Incident investigation and diagnosis including the configuration items affected as per the defined norms and service level requirements
Initiate Hierarchical escalation as necessary
Manage and update knowledge management database.
Validate the build and release notes of the change as per policy and acceptance criteria set by the program and customer
Test and evaluate the release in controlled environment before release to production as per the acceptance criteria
Liaison with other 3rd parties when necessary, namely with HP for incident resolution
