Both of these positions are going to be in a Lead Consultant role so you will need previous experience in leading projects. You will have a team of Consultants underneath you. They are also considering Senior Consultants that are looking to make that step up into a lead role.
Responsibilities include coordinating workshops, gathering requirements, speaking with end users and configuration. You will be apart of the project from Cradle to grave.
Requirements
Full life cycle JDE implementation experience
Good communication skills
