You will need experience with implementation of Request to Resolution' (service management with focus on E1 Case management)
Experience with configuration and implementation of JD Edwards E1 service management is essential. Any experience with E1 work order focus for repacking, remanufacturing and repair activities is an added bonus.
I offer an initial contract to the end of 2013 with hourly service rates plus expenses. Contract role will start ASAP, contracts are extendable. The role is a full time 5 day week onsite in The Netherlands. You must be fully available for work.
