JCL and Cobol (Mainframe) Expert. My award winning blue chip client is urgently seeking a JCL and Cobol (Mainframe) Expert for a 6-12 Month contract in the Amsterdam, Netherlands.
THE JCL AND COBOL (MAINFRAME) EXPERT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
. Knowledge of running a Cobol application under either z/OS or MicroFocus Server
. Knowledge the concept of Batch jobs and use of JCL
. Understand the concept of CICS regions
. Familiar with SQL Server/DB2
. Familiar with MQ (IBM MQ client Version 6.0 or higher)
. Familiar with Web Services
. Familiar with network and application security on Windows (Windows 2012 server).
. Automated deployments using tools, Jenkins, Nolio
. Implementing monitoring using GALM/Logstash, Graphite/Kibana for application monitoring
