Javascript/HTML Developer

For a client in Helmond/Amsterdam we are looking for a JavaScript/HTML developer. The client is a major player in the Telecoms industry and the duration of the project is till at least end of this year. You will be working in an international oriented environment and hiring process is fast.

The client is currently building a new video ecosystem that will be deployed across different countries. They are looking for 4 developers to develop HTML based UI's on different devices such as next generation set top boxes, TV's and other devices. You will be closely working with the production, product, design and operations teams in order to develop and deploy applications.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT

- At least 3 years of professional software development experience with Front End programming
- Competent JavaScript programmer who doesn't need to rely on libraries to accomplish innovative interactions
- Solid knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
- Experience with JavaScript ECMAScript 2015
- Familiar with Node.JS

THE JOB

- Design and implement video head end architecture
- Write and manage test cases towards test/release management
- Develop HTML based UI's on different devices
- Actively participate and coordinate tests to verify new platform/component functionality
