Tasks

- Design, Development and documentation of new workflows and blueprints together with the infrastructure subject matter experts
- Continuous development and enhancement of the current offering
- Integration of globally distributed infrastructure endpoints
- Debugging and troubleshooting of existing workflows and
- Interfaces in vRealize Automation
- 3rd level troubleshooting and support in case of vRealize
- Automation related incidents and problems

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in building JavaScript Web Applications with common frameworks like JQuery and Bootstrap
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure environments like Linux, Microsoft Windows and VMware
- Experience in integrating infrastructure endpoints with different protocols like SOAP, REST, SSH, PowerShell remoting
- Good understanding of IT & business processes including compliance
- University degree in Computer Science (HF, TS, FH or University)
- Profound knowledge of the VMWare tool landscape
- VMware vRealize Automation Experience, like the creation of blueprints, publishing of catalogues, design of new workflows, integration of infrastructure endpoints
- Experience in other languages used in vRealize like PowerShell, Ruby and Python
- Experience in integrating infrastructure endpoints with different protocols like SOAP, REST, SSH, Powershell remoting
- Fluent English and German in both word and writing
