Java Websphere Developers/Architects

To be considered for the role you will need:

- 5+ years minimum
- Strong knowledge of Java
- Excellent knowledge of "OO" concepts and an ability to articulate and really understand the "why" of how you program or design the way you do - KEY!
- Strong Experience with WebSphere products
- Strong skills with Web Services
- Best pratice approach
- Strong problems solving skills
- Good knowledge of the issues and problems that arise when you look to connect systems of varying platforms and how to work around this.
- Strong communication skills are a must
