Java/Web Developer - IT solutions provider - Cork - euro150-350/day
This leading provider of IT storage hardware, cloud computing and big data solutions, based in Cork, is looking for Java/Web Developers at all levels, from graduates through to those with extensive commercial experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company, and play an important role in delivery of high value services for their external costumers. As a Java Developer you will be responsible for the development of state of the art tools that enable our clients team to deliver innovative solutions. You will be working within a large development group, based in teams of six and sat alongside the QA/Test, Architecture and Product Management group.
As mentioned the client is looking for a range of experience but to be considered for this you will need to demonstrate a core competence in Java/JEE Server Side technologies and will have as many of the following as possible.
-UI technologies (HTML5, JSP, Ajax, Javascript, jQuery)
-Web and application Servers (Apache, Tomcat, HTTP)
-SQL databases
-Subversion/Git, Maver and Jira
-Web service technologies (REST/JSON)
-Windows, Linux
-OO design
