Java & Web Developer
Montreal Associates are looking for a Java and Web Developer for our customer in Espoo to start immediately for a 6 months assignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Overall experience of 10+ years in IT Software engineering with over 6 years' experience in Java development: understands web services, Application Server development in different operating systems. Must have very good knowledge of source control systems, Java SDK tools, Java unit testing and good Java programming practices. Solid track record of successful web service development in Java & Unix environment. Experience in programming of systems using Oracle databases. Very good knowledge of SQL and Embedded Oracle database programming. Very good experience of Unix and Scripting in Unix. Very good experience of deploying systems to production. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts like, TCP/IP, load balancer, server, switch, Router etc. Experience of using WDSL. Experience in Agile scrum Be responsible for delivering the deliverables with quality and on-time Basic knowledge of software development in .NET environment. Basic knowledge of software deployment in .NET environment.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS (GOOD TO KNOW): Basic knowledge of MsSQL database system. Familiar with Hadoop database system Familiar with Teradata data warehouse system.
