Java Technical Team Lead (J2EE, Agile, SOA, Development Lead)

Our large and well known Consultancy Client are currently seeking a Java Technical Team Lead (J2EE, Agile, SOA, Development Lead) to join them on a key project of work based in the Hague. Candidates will have previous proven experience managing day-to-day work of established development and maintenance teams with a focus on integration of several supplier stacks, ensuring continuous integration is setup and running end to end.

My client is looking for someone who has still recently been hands on.

Specific Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:
*Excellent knowledge of Java (J2EE), both Front End and Back End
*Experience leading technical teams is essential
*Agile development knowledge
*PRINCE2 methodology knowledge or similar with a clear focus on quality
*Experience with SOA architecture and WS Security
*Experience/understanding of hands-on continuous integration setup and improvements
*Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
