Your Skills
- Core Java ( about 7 years of experience), J2EE,Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting
- Strong candidate with at least 9+ years of industry experience preferably supporting the Back Office applications

Your Tasks
- Lead/Manage software feature development
- Expected to be over 50% hands-on
- Should be able define coding standards and design patterns
- Gather requirements from business users and maintain product backlog
- Communicate priority of work
- Review code and work performed by the team
- Serve as primary contact for Production Services for releases and should be available on demand to work with Production Services during release windows
- Serve as primary contact to other onshore IT and business teams
- Understand the QA requirements and the various types of testing
- Able to perform regression, facilitate user acceptance test
- Hands-on in Unix environment
- Experience in Test Driven Development is preferred
- Prior experience working with complex multi-function applications involving Middleware technologies highly desirable
