Java Technical Lead with SAP Knowledge

Our customer is today one of Switzerland's largest private banks. They are looking for an: Technical Lead Java/EE , SAP Place of work: Geneva Activity type: 100% Mission Within the department's transverse team, responsibility for the technical architecture and the deployment choices made in critical projects for application development and evolution, specifically those deployed on the BPM (Business Process Management), IDM (Identity Management), Document Management and SAP platforms as well as in-house projects. Supervision of encryption procedures and coordination of the activities of in-house and external developer analysts. Direct participation in the design and implementation of solutions and assurance of their integration and last-resort support. Responsibilities * To manage the architectural and technical aspects of Java EE developments integrated into the various platforms and rule on the decisions taken in this respect. * To take charge of estimates for new projects and their quality assurance within a continual improvement process. * In the context of outsourcing implementations, to assume the technical coordination of mixed teams (employees and consultants) and verify the quality of the proposed architecture in fixed-price projects. * To guarantee the quality of the code, the ability of solutions to endure and evolve, and adherence to the standards set by the Bank, both in-house and with regard to outsourcing. * To intervene regularly in realisation of the code, whether at front-end or back-end level, with Java EE, AJAX and Adobe Flex technologies; to guarantee the integration and quality of outsourced code. * To act as a technical contact for the collaborative platforms developed within the department, specifically by acquiring technical knowledge of these solutions and by ensuring compliance with the quality standards applicable to these platforms. * To collaborate occasionally with the third-party application maintenance team, providing level 3 support for applications developed under its remit. Profile * Third-level qualification (university, EPF, HES) or equivalent. * At least five years' experience in the field of Java EE application development. * Sound expertise in Java EE developments and integration of solutions developed within the proprietary platform frameworks. * Good knowledge of databases, PLSQL with Oracle and MYSQL. * A good knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript and the associated frameworks would be an asset. * Familiarity with continuous integration processes and practical use of tools for measurement, industrialisation of codes or continual improvement (Sonar, Maven, etc.) would be an asset. * Ability to propose technical solutions in line with the technological framework of proprietary platforms while ensuring sufficient abstraction to test the Java EE standards. * Ability to coordinate other technical resources. * Ability to define and apply standards. * Technical experience in the field of BPM (Business Process Management) and IDM (Identity Management) platforms. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in French; English spoken and written. * Must be resident in Switzerland.
