Java Tech Lead in Top-Tier Bank, Senior VP

My client, a top-tier investment bank is looking for a VP level technical lead/ dev manager hire to work in their established Operations department.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced as a Java Developer, and will have prior experience as a team lead.

Financial experience will be mandatory, particularly within Operations.

You must have excellent design skills, and be able to effectively coordinate the FDLC, driving a team of other developers requiring your guidance.

This position will require evidence of your successes in communicating ideas effectively and liaising on a daily basis with business users to analyse and evaluate business requirements.

You must be highly enthusiastic about technology and wish to develop a team to fulfil some challenging projects, and promote excellent delivery.
