JAVA SUPPORT - JAVA DEVELOPER WITH SQL - LONG TERM CONTRACT IN SUNNY HELSINKI!
DEVELOPER/OPERATIONAL SUPPORT - HELSINKI
THE POSITION:
The core activity is to SUPPORT medium and large Pan-European projects:
- Data correction utilizing Java command line tools, SQL and PL/SQL
- Generating statistics from the database
The position will be for a minimum of one year in Helsinki
THE CANDIDATE:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- University degree in Information Technology
- Minimum 5 YEARS of professional experience in IT after the completion of studies with proven experience in JAVA DEVELOPMENT, SQL AND PL/SQL
- GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH DATABASES, PREFERABLY ORACLE.
- Knowledge of JEE (JSF, EJB) is an asset
- Experience of working with version control systems; especially GIT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good TEAM SPIRIT and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
- This opportunity is for a large system implementing wide requirements and business rules in the scientific area. Therefore, previous experience in large, complex systems using the mentioned technologies is required
