On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING JAVA SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Role:

- Java SA/SE to design and implement the End to End Monitoring solutions for the Securities Operations Area.

Deliverable:

- Deploy the End to End Monitoring Solution according to the Project Plan

Main Activities:

- Architecture & Design of the Monitoring Solution together with the Peer Architect
- Present the design approach to the Stakeholders (Business, Central Architecture, Provider, etc), and integrate their points into the solution
- Align impact (financial, delivery time) of possible design decisions with the IT-PL
- Drive the implementation of the solution with the developers
- Ensure the deployment of the solution with the technical infrastructure partner
- Help implementing the solution in the construction & testing phase

Senior Solution Architect in JAVA Technologies (Degree in Engineering)

- Java Language
- J2EE Technologies (pref. Weblogic)
- Database Technologies (pref. Oracle)
- Web-technologies (Webservices, XML, HTML, etc)
- Development skills
- OO, UML
- MQ
- Unix/Linux
- English & German

Soft Skills

- Team player
- Negotiation skills
- Intercultural acceptance/skills

Should/Could:

- Big Data
- Experience with HOST-Applications
- Experience in Securites Operations
