Java Solution Architect

I'm currently looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect to work on a project in Amsterdam for 6 months + possible extensions. My client is a leading software company, founded in Amsterdam in the early 00's.

I'm looking for a motivated candidate to show us:

-the ability to lead
-good presentation skills
-experience in a consultancy role
-customer-focused, pragmatic and result driven
-excellent communication skills in English
-extremely flexible about work location and willing to travel abroad frequently, sometimes for long periods of time.

Technically I'm looking for:

-Proven leadership track record in designinh and implementing complex, mission-critical and high traffic web architectures;
-Deep experience in designing Internet based software architectures that addresses all aspects such as security, deployment, performance, caching, sizing, scalability and service ability;
-excellent experience with Spring security, Enterprise Application Integration (WOA, SOA), Porta; and Web Content Management;
-Proven experience in a similar role;
-Fluent and efficient in creating Technical Architecture Documentation;
-You are when needed and hands-on Java expert that leads by example;
-Experienced with usig Agile development methodologies;
-Experience in creating solutions for the financial market in asset.
