JAVA SOFTWARE ENGINEERS - OOP, JAVA, J2EE, SQL - DUBLIN WEST
My Client is an internationally recognised Software Company based in Dublin West.
They are transforming the way the world conducts business and is poised for strong continued growth with its innovation around the commerce graph.
Available are initial nine month contract opportunities for two experienced JAVA/J2EE Software Engineers. You will be working within their tools team developing a specific cloud based translation management system in order to assist their development teams manage the continuous localisation process required to meet the company agile development needs.
This is a fast paced, agile, innovation space created for my clients' engineers to promote collaboration, foster creativity, and to provide the flexibility to adjust to changing needs of technology.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
5+ years relevant software development experience
Experience in using Java based frameworks - Hibernate/Spring
Strong programming skills. Proficient with OO design and Java/J2EE.
Experience with the full software life cycles and methodologies
Experience with agile development such as Scrum
BACKGROUND REQUIRED:
BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science or related field
Strong customer focus
Self-starter who works on their own initiative
Strong communications skills both verbal and written
Familiarity with databases, Datamodelling, and SQL
Familiarity with enterprise web development, UI Frameworks
