Java Software Engineer

JAVA SOFTWARE ENGINEER

For the maintenance/enhancement of different applications displaying stock exchange information for various clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a Java Software Engineer with good skills in operational topics (Scripting, monitoring, deployment)

TASKS:

- Working in an agile DevOps team
- Step by step technical construction of basic components of an analysis platform (development, testing, introduction)
- Build multiple build pipelines
- Support and advice for data scientists in the technical implementation of use cases
- Ensuring operations in the DevOps team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completed degree in computer science (college or college) or equivalent education/work experience
- Expert in software development with Java 8
- Experience in the development of high-quality software solutions in the technical environment
- Very good knowledge of Linux/Unix (eg bash)
- Experience with webrelated standards (JSON, Swagger, HTTP, REST)
- Experience with Gradle, Maven
- Experience with testing frameworks (Mockito, ScalaTest, Easymock)
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Docker
- Good knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
- Experience with JavaScript
