DESCRIPTION
As a JAVA Software Engineer you are responsible for the development and delivery of innovative applications using the latest tools and technologies. You work closely with the product manager and analysts to create new ones (product) functionalities with focus on quality to translate to software code. You puts the emphasis on continuous optimization and strives for efficiency.
YOUR ROLE
- Working closely with your colleagues for functional and technical specifications to identify
- Taking complex challenges with your development talent
- Development of qualitative and sustainable code
- Documenting technical solutions
WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR?
- You have at least a Bachelor in Informatics or Software Development
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position/environment
- You have basic knowledge in: Spring, Hibernate, GIT, J2EE, MVC, MySQL, JUnit, Soap & Tomca
- A thorough knowledge of Java 8
- A thorough knowledge of OO and Design Patterns
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Atlassian tooling (Jira, Confluence) is a surplus
- You have a strong analytical thinking ability and function well team
- You are punctual and prefer quality over quantity
- You like to learn and to share knowledge with close colleagues
