Java Software Engineer wanted for one of our Luzern based clients in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 6+ years of extensive working experience in the development of web applications with Java as well as experience agile methodologies (scrum/iterative, JIRA, stories)
- Solid working experience with agile and test driven development, Eclipse IDE, IntelliJ, Oracle DB, Linux, Maven, WebLogic, SVN and GIT
- Excellent knowledge of EJB 3.x, JSF 2.x, JMS, JPA, JUnit, SQL, XML, Rest/Web-Services
- Working experience with JavaScript and AngularJS is desirable beside knowledge of software design patterns, preferably with certification
- Excellent analytical and communication skills along with ability to be effective and solution oriented
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Developing Java business logic components with EJB, JPA, JMS, Java User Interfaces with JSF and AngularJS
- Arranging and implementing unit and system tests beside preparing technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Analyzing and adapting defects and test environment issues along with proposing and estimating solutions
- Working on multiple and complex projects in the Client Tax Reporting IT team
