Java Software Engineer

Java Software Engineer wanted for an international bank located in Luzern.

YOUR TASKS:

- Developing Java business logic components with EJB, JPA, JMS as well as Java User Interfaces with JSF
- Preparing and executing unit and system tests
- Ensuring technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Analyzing and fixing of defects and test environment issues
- Creating solution proposals and estimations

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 6+ years proven track record developing web applications with Java
- Expertise in EJB 3.x, JSF 2.x, JMS, JPA, JUnit, SQL, XML and Web-Services
- Experience with agile and test driven development as well as design patterns
- Sound knowledge of Eclipse IDE, SVN, Oracle DB, Linux/Unix Shell, Corba, Maven, Ant and Weblogic
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
