Objectives of the services, expected results.
The work consists of runtime work (3rd level support) & one-time work (handled via P&IT RTO request) for the CO-PILOT application. Functional and Technical CO-Pilot knowledge is not required.
Support related activities
- Secure the support for the application as a member of the implemented support structure.
- Restart of services
- Removal of erroneous messages
- Solve or escalate incidents in a application
- Maintain Release Information to support team and other stakeholders
- Support Investigation, Analyse and investigate support cases in REMEDYCode
-related activities
- Corrections in an application needed to be done to solve an incident
- Corrective activities to repair database problems, corrupt data or files
- Reactive tuning activities
- Secure that the application is working according to system documentation or if documentation is missing how it should work.
- Monitoring
- Configuration Management
- Maintenance Releases and Roll-outs
- Test tools, Maintaining of Test tools and Test Data
- Verification after maintenance windows
- New techniques (XML, MSMQ etc)
- New versions of framework and development tools
- Support of I&O Upgrades and Changes
- Increase application operation, performance, monitoring abnormal activitiesImprovement activities and investigations
- Set up of Automated Regression Testing procedures
- Test-and maintenance of recovery plan
- Root Cause Analysis of incidents
- Cost improvement activities
- Cost reducing activities
- Architectual work, Preventive technical work to avoid bugs and to improve performance
- Preventive maintenance incl. meetings to discuss preventive actions
