I'm currently recruiting for myDunfermlinebased client as they require an experienced Software Engineer with commercial exposure in developing Java web applications. After asking the hiring manager what their selling point was, other than an extensive benefits package, they explained that the Development team maintains the same ethos of a start-up whilst also offering the security typically associated with global organisations like theirs.

The projects this company work on are on a scale like no other - they are often large enterprise web applications that manage and automate complex assets. With this in mind, the team manager encourages an autonomous working environment - your thoughts and opinions will be taken on board and will potentially shape the projects moving forward.

Desired Skill-Set

- Java/J2EE
- HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript
- Hibernate or comparable framework
- RDBMS (Oracle, PL/SQL)

You will also be able to demonstrate working experience of agile methodologies.
