The work:

"Develop highly scalable, mission-critical, multi architecture Java J2EE and Spring applications
"Contribute fully across the entire SDLC including: software development, design, implementation, unit testing, integration and release
"Clearly communicate technical designs, estimates, prioritisation and other development issues
"Document detailed component designs based on business requirements
"Work in a fast paced and agile environment

The Tech:

"Java, J2EE, Spring, Application Servers
"Javascript, JSP, Apache Tomcat
"Both Java design and development experience

About you:

"Previous experience in a similar software development role
"Degree or equivalent in Computer Science

Desirable:

"You will be an innovator by challenging the status quo and come up with imaginative ways of doing things
"You will be customer oriented
